![]() It cannot grab Living Death or Songs of the Damned, but the ability to snatch ], Rooftop Storm, or maybe even E-Wit herself is useful. ]: This card will simply win the game on the spot given a decent sized graveyard and some mass recursion. They let me dredge while simultaneously being zombies for ] and the lords and black creatures for ], Gary, and ]. ], ], ], ]: These cards likely all seem weak, but they fit both of the themes very well. It also ups the creature count, benefiting cards like ] and, of course, Sidisi. If possible to play early on, it can simultaneously dig for a useful creature like ] and fill the graveyard. I will explain the rationale behind some of the perhaps more obscure card choices, as well as outline some of the main combos and synergies. Polluted Delta, Watery Grave, Breeding Pool, and Cabal Coffers are all lands I could see being added for optimization. Admittedly, the vast majority of these routes require an intact graveyard, but I have won games before where half the deck has been exiled, including ] and ]. I'm under the impression that it exists in the realm between competitive and casual, rarely doing anything impactful in the first few turns, but almost always guaranteeing a combo kill/win on turn 8/9/10.Ībove all else, it is its many angles of attack that make the deck appealing. The deck already had tremendous synergy and some combos as well, and blue let me build on this, adding ], ], and ] to the pool as combo pieces. ![]() As soon as Sidisi was spoiled, I started re-imagining the deck, but I wanted to maintain the the tribal and dredge aspects. I dreamed from the beginning of making it BUG, but I hated Mimeoplasm and disliked Damia and Vorosh's lack of graveyard synergy. Hey r/EDH! This deck initially started as a Jarad Zombie tribal back in June that I threw together from cards I had laying around.
